Step by Step: Integrate Double the Donation Matching into Funraisin Forms

Step 1 — Log into Funraisin and Open Platform Settings

From the admin menu, select Platform Settings.

Step 2 — Go to Apps Settings and Add Your API Keys

Navigate to Apps Settings.
Locate the Double the Donation section.
Enter your Public Key and Private Key from Double the Donation.

Step 3 — Confirm Your Keys Are Valid

Only proceed once your keys validate successfully.

Double the Donation Matching is available on Funraisin donation forms, event forms, and legacy donation forms. The next steps to activate the integration for each form type are below:

Donation Forms:

Step 4 — Select “Pages” from the Admin Menu

Step 5 — Open the Donation Page and Click “Visual Builder”

Choose your existing donation page and select Visual Builder to customize it.

Step 6 — Edit the Donation Block Settings

Click the heart icon in the builder to access donation block settings.
Select Matched Giving.
Toggle Enable Double the Donation → ON.
Save changes.

The streamlined search field will now appear on your Funraisin donation form.

Event Forms:

Step 4 — Open Events from the Admin Menu

Go to Events and select the event page where you want matching enabled.

Step 5 — Open Donation Defaults → Matched Giving

In the left menu under your event, click Donation Defaults.
Select Matched Giving.

Step 6 — Enable Double the Donation

Check the box to enable the integration.

Matching gift tools will now appear on your event forms.

Legacy Donation Forms:

Step 4 — Select “Pages” from the Admin Menu

Step 5 — Open the Donation Page and Click “Edit Page”

Step 6 — Go to Donation Settings → Matched Giving

Step 7 — Enable Double the Donation

Check the box to turn the integration ON.
