This article explains what to do if your credit card is getting declined when you attempt to pay for your subscription.
When a Stored Card Is Declined
When Adding a Card on File
If you encounter an error while adding a new credit card:

Include a phone number where we can reach you.

A team member will investigate the error and contact you by email or phone to help resolve the issue.
When a Stored Card Is Declined
If your card on file is declined during a scheduled billing date:

We will attempt to charge the card up to 4 more times within 2 weeks.

You will receive an email notification each time informing you of the outstanding invoice.

To fix the issue:

Log into your account: Double the Donation Login

Go to Billing → Credit Card on File

Update your payment information
