This article explains what to do if your credit card is getting declined when you attempt to pay for your subscription.

If you encounter an error while adding a new credit card:

  1. Email support@doublethedonation.com.

  2. Include a phone number where we can reach you.

  3. A team member will investigate the error and contact you by email or phone to help resolve the issue.

When a Stored Card Is Declined

If your card on file is declined during a scheduled billing date:

  • We will attempt to charge the card up to 4 more times within 2 weeks.

  • You will receive an email notification each time informing you of the outstanding invoice.

  • To fix the issue:

    1. Log into your account: Double the Donation Login

    2. Go to Billing → Credit Card on File

    3. Update your payment information
