Is there a phone number to contact Double the Donation's customer support team?
In order to provide the best support as affordably as possible, all support requests must be submitted initially through our support ticketing system. This allows us to investigate any technical support or billing questions and assign the support request to the right person
When submitting your support ticket, please provide an overview of your actual question. We'll then either reply via email or call you. But we do request that you provide a detailed overview of your support request so we can direct it to the appropriate point of contact on our team.
Please Note: Due to the variety of support requests our team receives, support tickets must include a detailed overview of the actual issue or question so we can direct it to a team member who can provide exceptional service. Support tickets that just state something along the lines of "please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX" will receive a generic response back asking for more information so we can direct the request to the appropriate team member.
