How is billing handled for subsequent years?

To ensure an uninterrupted experience for your organization and your donors your Double the Donation account will automatically renew at the end of your initial and subsequent subscription periods.

Our systems will notify you by email multiple times prior to the renewal date and provide you with the option to opt out of the renewal.

At the renewal date our systems will automatically attempt to charge your credit card on file and issue a receipt via email upon payment. To update your card information please login to your Double the Donation account management portal.
