Getting Started: Views Overview
Views
360MatchPro has the ability to automatically filter donation records and there are three different views that can automatically filter donation records. This Views tab helps you narrow down your donation records poll and you may want to follow up with again based on the donor's activity with the emails.

The three Views are as follows:
- Matching Gift Eligible
- Volunteer Grant Eligible
- Top Opportunities
Matching Gift Eligible
When you click on "Matching Gift Eligible" under the Views tab, donation records are automatically filtered and you are able to see donation records (in all of the statuses) that are matching gift eligible, meaning the donor has identified as working for a company with a matching gift company, as identified in our matching gift database.
Volunteer Grant Eligible
When you click on "Volunteer Grant Eligible" under the Views tab, donation records are automatically filtered and you are able to see donation records (in all of the statuses) that are volunteer grant eligible, meaning the donor has identified as working for a company with a matching gift company, as identified in our matching gift database.
Top Opportunities
When you click on "Top Opportunities" under the Views tab, donation records are automatically filtered and you are able to see donation records that are matching gift eligible (donors in the waiting for donor status and match initiated status) and have forms available, meaning the donor has identified as working for a company with a matching gift company, as identified in our matching gift database and there are forms available within our matching gift database for the donor to easily submit their matching gift request.

These views can help you prioritize which donors to manually send additional outreach to once the automated email streams have run their course.
These views are most effective when your donor records as up to date as possible.
Within your 360MatchPro account portal, you have the ability to sort and filter donation records to narrow down the exact data that you are looking for.
