Can we change the URL which links our hosted page to our website?
This feature is currently only available for nonprofits using the 360MatchPro Legacy Plan.
On your hosted matching gift page we provide the following two ways for your supporters to return back to your organization's website.
- By clicking "Go Back [Name of your organization]" on the top right-hand corner
- By clicking on your organization's logo on the left-hand corner
To change the URL:
- Log into your Double the Donation account
- Click on "Hosted Page" from the side navigation bar then "Edit"
- Navigate through the hosted page editor to the section where it asks for your "Organization Website URL."
- Change the URL you have listed to update the links on your hosted matching gift page
Note: We recommend linking back to a page on your website that is dedicated specifically to matching gifts. This allows you to easily direct donors to this page and encourages the use of the tools through calls to action in emails, or other communications you send. If you don't have this page you can link to a Matching Gift section in the Ways to Give section of your website.
