Our goal is to ensure our database is as comprehensive and up-to-date as possible.

If there is a company with a matching gift program that isn’t included in our database, please let us know. 

There are two methods for adding a new company:

  1. Email us at data@doublethedonation.com a copy of the forms or guidelines.

  2. Use our online “new company” submission form.

In both cases, we’ll review the information provided and attempt to verify/expand on the entry before making it publicly accessible.

How quickly can a new company be added to Double the Donation's database?

 

Our goal is to add new companies to our database as quickly as possible.
 
When we're provided with a copy of a company's employee giving form or guidelines we aim to add a company within two business days.
 
If our team needs to research details on a company's matching gift or volunteer grant program it can take longer.
 

What information should we provide when requesting that a new company be added?

The best way to request for us to add a new company is to provide us with a copy of the company's official matching gift form or guidelines.

You can either use our new company submission form or email us directly at data@doublethedonation.com.

If you aren't able to provide us with a copy of the company's form or guidelines please send us as much of the following information as possible:

 

Matching Gift Program Details:

  • If a matching gift program is offered
  • Minimum matched
  • Maximum matched
  • What employees are eligible (ex. full-time, part-time, retirees, etc.)
  • What types of nonprofits are eligible (ex. All 501(c)(3) organizations and educational institutions or are there restrictions)
  • How do employees submit matching gifts? (ex. paper form or electronic link)
  • Is there a URL employees can go to access more information on matching gifts or the form?
  • General contact information (ex: company vendor contact information, related department numbers, or emails)
  • Any additional details you feel are relevant

Volunteer Grants:

  • If a volunteer grant program is offered?
  • Minimum required hours
  • How much the grants are
  • How employees submit volunteer grant requests
  • Is there a URL employees can go to access more information on volunteer grants or the form?
  • Any additional details you feel are relevant
